Returns and Cancellation Policy
Our top priority at Electron Tech is that you feel comfortable ordering the products you really want. If you want to cancel your order, the sooner you tell us, the better! The order cancellation process depends on the start of the shipping process. Shipping usually starts within 1-3 business days, so try to cancel your order early. The policy of cancellation and return in the store as follows:
Cancellation:
- Unpaid orders are canceled automatically every 72 hours.
- In case of payment and the customer wishes to cancel the order, there is no objection provided that the order has not been shipped to the customer.
- Returning the amount to the customer's bank account takes two business days provided that it is during the bank's business days.
- In case of transfer from another bank other than ours, the transfer fee will be deducted from the value of the returned amount.
- In case the order has been shipped to the customer and he wishes to return the order, there is no objection to that under the following conditions:
Returns :
- Returns or exchanges are made within 7 days only from the date of purchase.
- No product that has been opened or used can be returned.
- Computer assembly requests are not included in the return if they have been shipped because they are assembled according to the customer's request.
- The customer bears the cost of shipping to us and the customer will also be charged the cost of shipping to him.
- In the case of devices without a warranty, they are not included in the return unless there is a manufacturing defect and within 24 hours of receiving the shipment and the accessories are unused.
- The shipping cost is not refundable in any case.
- Accessories are not returned at all.
- Special orders cannot be cancelled because their value is paid to the supplier immediately upon request.
- In the event of an error in the customer's request by us, we will bear the return value at our expense and he will be contacted to coordinate this and the customer is not entitled to pay any amounts for shipping and if he does so, we are not responsible for anything.
